OpenLab Graphics — Official Design Drop MARCH DROP · OBJECT : KOREAN ARCHIVE This project explores foundational Korean architectural and material motifs as contemporary abstraction.Traditional forms are reduced to structure, surface, and symbol —reframed for modern Western interiors through discipline and geometry.   인장 | IN JANG [een-jahng] Authority · Identity · Presence A mark of identity and declaration.Reinterpreted as a geometric field of presence.     Historical Function In traditional Korea, seals were used to authenticate documents and finalize artworks.They marked ownership, responsibility, and completion. Spatial Energy A visible mark of authorship introduces intention into a space.Completion creates psychological clarity. When a mark declares “this is finished,”the environment feels resolved rather than unsettled.

Spatial Energy Softened light reduces visual stress and creates a calmer interior atmosphere.The grid structure introduces rhythm and order, which the human mind naturally reads as stability. What was engineered for climate control became a source of psychological balance —a quiet architecture that feels grounded and composed.
