Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@openlabgraphics.com.
Please provide:
- order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the packaging
A replacement or resolution will be provided in accordance with our Return Policy.

Working With Artists
OpenLab collaborates with independent graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, and local print studios.
Artists interested in participating may submit their portfolio for review at
Creator Submissions
OpenLab does not allow automatic uploads.
All creators undergo a verification and approval process to maintain visual quality and marketplace standards.
Approved creators can submit artwork for publication, and OpenLab manages printing and fulfillment.
Production & Fulfillment
All prints are produced on demand through our network of verified print partners.
This model ensures consistent production standards while maintaining controlled costs.
Print Materials
100% Cotton Art Prints
Select works are printed on premium 100% cotton art paper, which offers:
- a refined, textured surface
- long-term archival durability
- light water resistance
- improved resistance to wrinkles during transit
- a higher-grade presentation compared to standard poster stock
Order Changes
Modifications or cancellations may be possible if the order has not entered production.
Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. contact us.
Returns
Because each print is produced to order, returns are accepted only for:
- damaged items
- defective prints
- incorrect shipments
- production errors
